About the project

Arcion’s product transformed the process of selection, transfer, and analyzing huge volumes of data


Arcion approached us with a series of requests that formed a full circle of design and marketing services for potential investors and clients
We helped them build their brand, created 2 websites, redesigned the client-facing CDC app, and designed their investor pitch deck which helped them secure $13M Series A funding

Winning pitch deck

Arcion created a groundbreaking product that opened up new opportunities for data processing. However, explaining the value of such tech products to investors can be difficult
We collaborated closely with Arcion’s CEO to wordsmith the presentation and put it into the most visually impactful framework

Building the UI around command line functionality

We created human-facing documentation of how their current platform worked, which could be used as an artifact for onboarding and as a guide to understand the platform’s inner workings
Arcion’s goal was to simplify the complicated and time consuming process of transferring data by creating a CDC platform that uses interface instead of command line
Their existing app was too confusing for those used to the command line and too complicated for non-experts
We redesigned the experience of creating a new replication and designed a brand new login and sign-up flow, onboarding and payment experience

2 websites in 1,5 months, from scratch

1st version
They needed to quickly design a presence website that conveyed their pitch deck messaging and would be redesigned after the new branding was ready. This version had 10 pages, lots of custom illustrations, and took us 10 days to deliver
2nd version
We had a one-month period during which we built the new information architecture of the website, created five concepts based on references and requests from the client. The final result was a 25-page website with a dark theme and NFT-like style. This design received highly positive feedback from investors and potential clients


We created a logo and style guide for Arcion’s new brand that highlights the company’s mission, values, and uniqueness, helping it stand out on the market. The guidelines included rules for the logo, colors, typography, and other branding elements for printed assets
We briefed the client and kept in mind the competitors. The client envisioned Arcion’s logo as a bridge that connects different points and opens up new horizons and opportunities. We created 15 versions of the logo concept and finally determined the best
The Muller and Montserrat fonts conveyed the image of Arcion as an innovative tech company
Color palette
Black was chosen as the leading color for its association with power and authority. Gradients helped create daring and powerful designs. The overall style created an impression of a trustworthy partner
Marketing materials
We also provided guides for other marketing materials such as business cards, leaflets, banners, and social media
